How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the order process, your order is processed internally (and
immediately). MovieMart will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address
associated with your MovieMart order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique
Order ID (eg.MM 12345678 ) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the
item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Sometimes it happens or the item is found defective at the time of shipping. Our customer
service will inform you immediately and process your refund if you have paid already.
Is it necessary to have a MovieMart account to shop?
Absolutely not. Our checkout is the fastest and simple. Just fill in your email id and shipping
address. Select the payment option and you are DONE.
How do I make a payment for a MovieMart purchase?
MovieMart offer multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card
(including American Express), Net Banking, ITZ Cash Card, Demand Draft/Cheque/Money
Order, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on MovieMart
(Octroi, Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with MovieMart. We offer
free delivery if the order is Rs. 100 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 30
for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our
product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By
Credit/Debit card and Netbanking) and Cheque/DD/Money Order. In the C-o-D payment terms
or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.The
delivery time takes 2-3 days extra under COD option due to some process with the courier
Are there any hidden terms and conditions for a C-o-D purchase?
The maximum order value for a C-o-D payment is Rs.10000. It's strictly a cash-only payment
method; Cheques or Demand Drafts will not be entertained.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA and MasterCard, both Indian and International. Customers will need to key
in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value -
found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
To use American Express Cards please choose the "Debit Cards > Other Banks > Credit Card >
AMEX" options. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. MovieMart and

Payments by Demand Draft/Cheque/Money Order
You can make the DD or Cheque in favour of "MovieMart" payable at par in Delhi and send it to
us at the address given below:

In case of cheque payments, orders will be processed only after clearance of the cheque. We
accept cheques which are payable "at par" at Delhi. Do make sure that your item is NOT shown
as Out of Stock on MovieMart before you send us your payment.
If the value of your order is less that Rs. 100/-, add Rs. 30/- as shipping charges. We will process
your order upon receiving your payment and your item(s) will be couriered to you, or sent by
Government Registered Post if there is no Courier Service operational in your area.
Enclose a covering letter with the details of your product (name of book/CD, author/singer name,
format eg: VCD, DVD), your Shipping Address, Phone Number and Email Address. Kindly also
send us an email informing us that you have sent your DD/Cheque. It will help us process your

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled,
that you have placed with MovieMart. To check the status of your pending orders, click on
the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My
Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To
view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out
from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
When and how can I cancel an order ?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order shipped" state. You can do so by sending
us an email with the order number.
How much are the delivery charges?
MovieMart provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 100/-.
Otherwise Rs. 30/- is charged as delivery charges.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for
you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Preorder
duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May,
August 3rd week.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.If there is no courier service available for your
area we send the parcel through Speed Post or Registered post
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden
costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What
you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does MovieMart deliver internationally?
MovieMart delivers only DVDs,Blu Ray’s and PS3 games allover the world and we use reputed
couriers.The shipping charges for International orders are as following
USA-New York,UK- Londodn,Germany-Frankfurt,HongKong,Dubai,UAE,SriLanka Rs 750 app
USD 17 ( for 1 to 3 DVDs) additional Rs 300 app USD 7.
All other countries /Cities-Rs 1200 to Rs 1500 app USD 29 to USD 35. for the first 3 DVDs and
additional Rs 300 app USD 7 for next 3 DVDs.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure
the package is water proof with plastic wrap and items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All MovieMart items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with
a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of
our courier partners.Post orders cannot be tracked
Cancellations & Returns
How do I Cancel an Order on MovieMart Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered
For outright Cancellations by you:
If you Cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- 1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and
inform them of the same.
- 2. If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked
Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened
item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
- 3. If the item is defective we pay the courier charges.
